Scheduled
The IRS has posted the following on their eServices website:
All e-Services tools will be offline 5 p.m. PST 5/26/18 through 4 a.m. PST 5/29/18 due to planned maintenance. All applications (e-File, TDS, AIR and TIN Matching) return 5/29/18.

Since the IRS eServices TIN Matching portal will be down, RMIS will NOT be able to provide TIN matching services until the IRS system returns to service. RMIS will queue any TIN matching requests and will process them when the IRS system returns.

Please plan for the fact that TIN matching will be unavailable for those days which may impact your insured's certification status if you currently require a valid TIN match to use an insured. One option would be the application of a temporary override of the TIN match requirement during the blackout period. Please contact RMIS customer support with any questions.

Thank you.
