RMIS has resolved the issue with retrieving W9 documents via the RMIS document API. All APIs are operational. -JM

RMIS has identified an issue with retrieving W9 documents via the RMIS document API. At this time all other document type retrievals are functioning properly, and only W9s are affected. Our engineers are working on the issue. We will provide updates as they become available. -JM
