Investigating
RMIS customers are currently seeing an error when attempting to lookup new carriers that have not been registered in our system. The invite button is also not available. Customers can contact RMIS support (888-643-8174) to assist with registering the carriers or manually invite them using the "Create Invitation" tab. We are working to resolve as quickly as possible.
